At ZSA ZSA Boutique, we aim to make returns simple and hassle-free. Please review our policies below:
DISPATCH
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
Exclusions may apply to pre-order items, or items that are made to order. This will be stated in the item description.
In-Store Returns
- Full-Priced Items: Items purchased at full price in-store are eligible for an exchange or store credit if returned within 7 days of purchase.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
- Late Returns: Items returned after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
- Sale Items: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on sale, promotional, or discounted items, including purchases made with a promotional code.
Online Returns

Full-Priced Items: Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a full refund if:
- You contact us via phone and email before returning the item.
- The item is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- Sale Items: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on sale, promotional, or discounted items, including purchases made with a promotional code.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original swing tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not show signs of wear.
- ZSA ZSA Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. Denied returns will be held for customer pickup or return shipping.
- Customers must provide a tracking number for their return. The boutique is not responsible for lost return items until received.
SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are items requested specifically for a customer, including sizes or colors not available in-store or online. As these items are ordered exclusively for you, a deposit is required at the time of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on special orders. If the item arrives and does not fit or if you change your mind, you are not obligated to complete the purchase. However, your deposit will be converted into store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
We strongly encourage customers to be certain of their size and decision before placing a special order.
Jewellery/ Accessories
Due to hygiene reasons any jewellery/accessories bought in store or online will NOT be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Our Commitment to You
If an item sells out on the shop floor before your order is processed, you will receive an immediate refund.
